Assistant Principal Joshua Nelson

Joshua Nelson began his career in education as a teacher at South Cache before moving into an administrative role at North Cache Middle School.

He holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Studies Composite Teaching (Utah State University) and a Master’s Degree in Public Administration (Southern Utah University). Prior to education, Josh farmed wheat and alfalfa, an experience that instilled valuable lessons in perseverance and patience.

Josh is thrilled to join Randy Bennion in the opening of the new Juniper Ridge Middle School. Juniper Ridge represents that overlook where a greater perspective of the whole can be gained. This chance represents an exciting opportunity to elevate the students, parents, and staff who will be at that great school!

He and his wife, Jaime, are both educators in the Cache School District and have six children and one grandchild.
