Step 1: Required Parent Checklist

Pay Fees 

• Elective class fees and/or $20 yearbook  are easier and more convenient to pay using the  SchoolCashOnline option. If your student has an elective class change, please contact Alysia to adjust those class fees.
• Non-Waivable Optional charges: yearbooks, after school, summer remediation, or online enrollment. Click here for Fee Waiver Application (7th -12th) 
• PaySchool Central - Lunch Payment or Free or reduced lunch Waiver form.  If you can’t get access to the online form, come into the office and the lunch secretary can assist you.

Step 2: Health & Immunizations

Immunizations 

• You can get them at a location of your choice.
• Completed immunization cards need to be turned into the Registrar, Chelsey Jenkins before school starts.
•  They can be emailed to chelsey.jenkins@ccsdut.org or dropped off.

Student Health Care Plans / Medication 

• Medication Check In August 18th: Parents can check in medication from 3:00- 6:00 PM 
• Medication Check In Daily (once school has started): 9:30-1:30 with the health aide 
• DO NOT SEND ANY MEDICATION WITH YOUR CHILD, IT HAS TO BE CHECKED IN BY A PARENT.

Step 3: Student Info & Building Access

• Student Schedules and Locker Information will be available on students' PowerSchool Accounts on August 14, 2026 
  •  Go to PowerSchool
• School Student Access: August 17th- 24th (8:00–3:00 PM)
• New students to the district see CCSD Registration Page for registration information and steps.

Step 4: Mark Your Calendar

• August 18 , 2026: Open House 3:00 pm-6:00 pm: Come meet our staff and student's teachers, find their locker and walk around the school. 

• Aug 25th:  1st Day of School

• Aug 31st:  6th & 7th Grade Picture Day

• Sept 1st:  8th Grade Picture Day

• Sept 30th:  Picture Make-up Day

Step 5: Daily Logistics

Student ID Card

• A student’s ID card is also their lunch card.
• Students will receive these first day of school
• If a student’s card is lost,  they may purchase a replacement in the main office or the lunch office for $1.00. 

Costs:

• Breakfast - $1.75/day (Served: 7:30-7:55 AM)
• Lunch- $2.35/day: Main Lines – Entrée Line, Sandwich Line, or Pizza Line
  • If a student purchases a second lunch on the same day, the cost for the second lunch is $4.00
• Ala carte items will vary in price.
  • Items must be purchased with the student’s ID card; lunch personnel are unable to accept cash.
• Students may choose a school lunch or bring their own lunch from home.

• Apply Online: Complete the online application to determine if your child is eligible.
• Questions? Please contact the main office for assistance.

 Lunch Payments & Balances

• Pay & Check Balances Online: Use Pay School  Central to view your account balance and make payments with no service fees.
• Pay In-Person: Cash, card, or check payments can be made directly at the main office.
